A PPMI member is a direct clearing participant that undertakes clearing directly in at least one ACH and settles directly or indirectly through BSP’s Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).

 

PPMI Membership is open to BSP Supervised Financial Institutions (BSFIs) including banks and non-banks subject to the membership requirements prescribed by the PPMI and the BSP. 

 

Each member institution has the power to exercise the right to vote on all matters relating to the PPMI, most especially in achieving its primary goal—to establish an interoperable retail payment in the Philippines.
