PCHC has implemented earlier cut-off times for the clearing of PESONet transactions effective March 17, 2020, as a result of the shortened operating hours of the BSP Payments and Settlement Office.
In this connection, all PESONet- participating institutions shall immediately advise their customers thru a public notice of the earlier cut-off times thru the use of their respective websites, electronic mails and other digital messaging platforms which are usually accessed by the public.
This initiative will address customer expectations and avert possible concerns particularly on the crediting of PESONet fund transfers to the accounts of the recipients.
