A PPMI member is a direct clearing participant that undertakes clearing directly in at least one ACH and settles directly or indirectly through BSP’s Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).
PPMI Membership is open to BSP Supervised Financial Institutions (BSFIs) including banks (UB, KB, TB, RB, and Coop Banks) and non-banks (EMIs) subject to the membership requirements prescribed by the PPMI and the BSP.
Each member institution has the power to exercise the right to vote on all matters relating to the PPMI, most especially in achieving its primary goal—to establish an interoperable retail payment in the Philippines.

Submit application documents and PPMI will thoroughly review your documents to determine eligibility for presentation to the ACH Membership Committee.
The ACH Membership Committee PPMI will evaluate the application and provide a Letter of No Objection for presentation to the PPMI ExCom.
PPMI presents to the PPMI ExCom the recommendation who will then decide on the membership application.
PPMI notifies the applicant of the results of membership application.
