  1. Download the PPMI Membership Application Process.

  2. Submit application documents and PPMI will thoroughly review your documents to determine eligibility for presentation to the ACH Membership Committee.

  3. The ACH Membership Committee PPMI will evaluate the application and provide a Letter of No Objection for presentation to the PPMI ExCom.

  4. PPMI presents to the PPMI ExCom the recommendation who will then decide on the membership application.

  5. PPMI notifies the applicant of the results of membership application.
